Webedee hereby grants you permission to use the Website, provided that: (a) you will not copy, distribute or modify any part of the Website without Webedee's prior written authorization; (b) you will not send unsolicited or unauthorized advertisements, spam, chain letters, etc., (c) you will not transmit any Content which contains software viruses, or other harmful computer code, files or programs; (d) you will not disrupt servers or networks connected to the Website; and (e) you comply with these Terms & Conditions;(f) you agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names or e-mail addresses, from the Website.

Webedee is not affiliated with those websites, has no control over, and assumes no
responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Webedee will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Website, you expressly release Webedee from any and all liability arising from your use of
any third-party website. Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you have left the Website and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.
Terms of Service (for clients of Webedee)
Your Subscription to the Webedee services includes the provision of your customisable web page and the promotion of your business for a period of 12 months.
To ensure that you are not unfairly penalised for any potential delays in video production between the date of ordering and the date your page is published, the renewal date of your subscription will be the 12 month anniversary of the publishing date.
Every effort is made to ensure that your "free video" accurately portrays your business and it's offerings in accordance with the materials (photos, images, descriptions, etc) provided by you. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your video (for reasons other than material errors on our part), further modifications and editing may be available at our discretion, however significant changes may incur a fee to cover additional administrative and editing costs. We will however take every effort to minimise the occurrence of such situations by advising you beforehand if the materials provided are not of a high enough
quality/resolution.
Google™ Local Registration/Optimisation
Registering your business for the Google Local service involves a verification process so you can prove to Google™ that the details you are registering are accurate. This is usually done with either a recorded telephone message, an sms, or a postcard sent to your business address. Although we will walk you through this process, we are unable to make any assurances regarding the speed of your inclusion due to these
circumstances being outside of our control. Google™ claims that this process can take up to 3 weeks.
